BPSE SAILING SERIES: We bring the ‘one design’ Sailing Series to the UK, making a 20 year story international

Introduction

BPSE International, taking advantage of the 12 years old original Italian Company and of the international team running it, will have in the UK its activity for the famous Sailing Series with international teams sailing all across Europe*.

The company will manage and organise race events for the Categories Melges 20, Melges 24, Melges 32 and Catamarans M32, with sailors from all over the word and across various other categories as well. The 2016 series are to be raced in the Mediterranean area from April to October.

BPSE international offers options to use specific services or a full turnkey package. We will take care of strategy planning, contract proposals, rights management, logistic support, communication services, analysis and evaluation of media brand exposure, photos, video recordings and website creation.

* The Company will be using IP owned by another Italian company, which the founders are also shareholders of, to run the business. The Company has a license agreement in place with the other Italian company to use the IP relating to the business for a period of ten years. In exchange for this ability the Company will pay 500,000 annually for the first three years of the ten year period. After the third year this annual fee will be renegotiated. The agreement can be entered into again following the ten year time cap.
