Dedicated Diabetic Care is a start-up company (a div of Dr. I-Net) focused on the development and commercialization of innovative therapies for diabetes and obesity. DDC is converging evidence based functional medicine, therapeutics and integrated care with modern technology for diabetes wellness. The founder, CEO, board and advisors are all entrepreneurs with years of medical device experience.

Essentially, 1st phase imparts care thru coaching and home therapy. In the 2nd. Phase we have integrated and automated all the processes to develop a non-pharmaceutical tool that resembles an advanced exercise machine, to regulate high blood sugar. This is a portable device that incorporates five therapeutic features, to repair impaired cell and facilitates nutrient absorption.

DDC will engage patients to manage lifestyle with therapeutics, telemedicine, and clinical intelligence from personal data for behavioral changes. DDC has a scalable and modular approach to provide a platform for additional attributes, for day-to-day and chronic disease care management – patient centered medical home (PCMH).

DDC deploys a hybrid model of wellness techniques from functional medicine and modern technology that activate body’s own immunity to regulate hormones responsible for metabolism. DDC is a safe, cost effective, and non-invasive device primarily intended for home use. DDC will train and reactivate the electron’s orientation at the cellular level, and promote natural processes. Integrated diabetic management, natural immune therapy, tele-health and healthcare intelligence thru our data analytics module, could bring big savings to health plans for high risk patients population.

Quantum science views life, health, and disease as a network. Disease can be seen as the result of disturbances at the cellular level that act to distort the cell’s quantum perspective. This causes electrons to be misplaced in protein molecules and metabolic processes become derailed as a result.

Our mission is to regulate, control and prevent, T2D, by progressively replacing the patient’s medicinal intake, changing his or her lifestyle and preventing dangerous long term side effects. Our initial goal is to improve the lives of people with diabetes and to work towards a world without diabetes, deploying natural immune therapy.

Our simulation of various physiological system models and stability analysis have shown that bio-chemically tampering with hormonal processes can result in instability and imbalance in the normal hormonal culture. Our team has documented that metabolic disorder is associated with the mind, emotions, and thought. Insulin resistance results from stress, toxins and contaminants that accumulate at the vesicles which regulate immune response.

According to a recent CDC report, 79 million American adults have pre-diabetes. By 2020, one in two Americans could be diabetic or pre-diabetic, and 75% of Americans could be overweight or obese. 80% of the healthcare funds are consumed by 20% of the population. The total annual cost of diabetes in 2013 was an estimated $255 billion, and $170 billion for obesity. Our initial focus will be to target 40% Americans, who use health care approaches developed outside of mainstream western, or conventional, medicine for specific conditions or overall well-being.

In the U.S., we want to initially brand DDC as my diabetic coach, doc-pal, or wellness machine. FDA recently exempted wellness products from device regulations. DDC is raising $3.5 million to develop the user control interface, to finalize functional elements, and lead to the first sales. A follow-on round of funding will be raised if needed.
