Inspired Soles: Samaritans Feet inspires hope for those that need it

I’m excited to introduce an opportunity for us to make a difference with people in need in Toronto. If you know me, then you know I’ve been working for 15 years now every year to make a difference with our community and impoverished families in our own backyard. One in eight Canadian households struggle to put food on the table and one in seven Canadian children lives in poverty.

The proceeds for this campaign will be used to provide new shoes for families in need as part of a Samaritan’s Feet shoe distribution to refugees, recently arrived in Toronto.

Samaritans Feet has put 6.5 million pairs of shoes on the feet of children around the world in the last 13 years and inspired tremendous hope where it didn’t exist previously. They are making a difference all over the United States and I was inspired to bring them into Canada. www.samaritansfeet.org  

Our goal is to make a difference with 2016 children this year.
