Our facilities are dedicated gluten and grain free. We do not use any refined oils, processed sugars, canned food, alliums, vinegars or legumes (except green beans). We never cook with aluminum, and we’ve declared a war against plastic. We exclusively use cooking and heating techniques that reduce the introduction of toxins. Chemicals are never on the menu.
