As a start up, we have already gathered the attention of some of the largest Utilities and Industrial manufacturers around the world such as: Guardian Glass, AEP, AES, Dominion Power, Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago, New Zealand Steel and BOC.
Our Nano-Membrane Pyro-Gasification system is exclusive, because it mimics “Artificial Photosynthesis.” Aptly named “Co2 Trans Technology,” this chemical process employs the same basic principles found in the natural process of photosynthesis. However, instead of converting sunlight, water, and carbon dioxide into carbohydrates and oxygen for food for the plant, we up-cycle the Co2 from the waste streams to produce products and energy to power our communities.
The biplicit system is the first in the world to capture, clean and convert carbon dioxide (Co2) from industrial chimney/flue gases or by our own unique process of gasification into several renewable energy sources (electricity, oxygen, syngas or methanol) with ZERO Emissions.
When partnered with other chemical refining technologies such as Exxon Mobil’s MTG (methanol to gasoline) or Honeywell UOP’s methanol to jet fuel, the system offers a permissable solution to the continued dependence on foreign oil and natural gas.

Co2 Trans Technology
MP Bio-Mass plans to globally market the “AST-CNR” invention that utilizes an ingenious Nano-Membrane Pyro-Gasification process for the removal of toxins and pollutants from flue gasses to produce four renewable energy sources. We will begin by building the “Brand” which we have aptly named “Co2 Trans Technology”. The system mimics artifical photosynthesis by breaking down CO2 from smokestack emissions utilizing the heat to produce steam and create Electricity while capturing pure Oxygen and isolating Hydrogen for the manufacture of Syngas into our high grade Methanol.
Pinpoint
Pinpoint Rare Earth has been designed for the specific purpose of isolating and separating both ferrous and non-ferrous metals from Fly Ash. Our process begins by chemically treating the Fly Ash in an oxidizing atmosphere to selectively vaporize iron chloride from the remaining chlorides and vaporizing the chlorides of aluminum, titanium, and the residual iron. The material is then subjected to high temperatures and pressure to remove any additional carbon and sulfur from fly ash which allows our Eddy Current Separators to separate the ferrous and non ferrous metals from the ash stream.

MP Bio Mass is a company that is in the business of acquiring exclusive licenses, distribution and reseller contracts on proven clean technologies. The criteria for the licensing or distribution agreements of the technologies are: they must be proven, validated and in use. The business plan of MP Bio Mass is to sublicense the technologies it acquires to companies in Countries covered under the original license grants and for its own use. For our exclusive distribution and reseller agreements, we partner with appropriate representatives in the covered countries for resale of turn key projects.

Jay Michael Wesley
Mr. Wesley is our veteran “Go Green” executive having recently served as CEO to Take2Green, Inc. since March 2009. From 2008 to 2009, Mr. Wesley served as CEO of First America Metals, Inc., an International dealer of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals with offices in the Phillipines and China. First America Metals is recognized as one of North America’s fastest growing recycling companies, growing from start up to over $55 MM in revenues a span of just three short years.

Pino Nigro
Mr. Nigro is an accomplished entreprenuer, starting and operating dozens of successful businesses and developing commercial properties throughout southern Italy. His extensive financial holdings include several four star resorts, restaurants, construction companies and industrial ventures including a well known Olive Oil production facility. As a well-known benefactor, Mr Nigro has contributed to many charitable and worthy causes in Italy including CNR and the Marco Polo Institute of Italy, where he currently serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors.

Cortney Scharenberg
Ms. Scharenberg is the consummate marketing professional, bringing nearly ten years of sales and marketing experience to MP Bio-Mass. Educated in both Sociology and Environmental Sciences, she brings an unique perception of human behavior as it relates to sustainability issues in her marketing approach. Cortney jump started her career at Ecolab, Inc., servicing and maintaining sanitation equipment before working her way up the corporate ladder to become an award winning sales manager. She cultivated her marketing skills by spending several years as a sales manager for Nestle Professional where she was instrumental in promoting their beverage lines. Ms. Scharenberg’s start-up experience includes time as the COO at Take2Green Inc and playing an important role in the development of MP Bio-Mass.

Lennel Willis
Mr. Willis is an accomplished entreprenuer and civic leader whose influence has touched thousands of lives in the streets of Chicago. He is the beloved senior pastor at Nu Grace Nu Mercy Church, an inner city ministry and Food bank aimed at reaching and feeding the poor of Chicago. Through his outreach, Mr. Willis has partnered with many of the Illinois largest and most prominent social, educational and political policymakers forging a solid stage of influential supporters. Mr. Willis nearly 25 years of responsible social and financial experience will guide the firms public relations and government affairs. He plays a key role in the formation and execution of public relations strategies, the conceptualization of political campaign partnerships and platform the development for MP Bio-Mass environmental efforts.
President Sales & Marketing
Scott Wesley
Mr. Wesley has been involved with startups since he formed his own company, Recreational Services, Inc. which employed over 300 employees in 1979 and stayed in business for 20 years. He then founded USA Fastpitch a woman’s softball training academy and operated that for almost 8 years, where he sold the company in two weeks. His background in sales includes, working as a cardiovascular rep for Cardiovascular Concepts for 2 years, where he won the National Sales Contest for a very popular medical and pre-hospital device, the EZ-IO. He also turned all of the Scottsdale hospitals from reusable intubating blades to the disposable market. He then became National Sales Manager for TurboFlare USA out of Hendersen, Nevada for a little over 2 years and then moved to Regional Sales Manager for Odysseyware an educational software company. Since 2010, Mr. Wesley has been the National Sales Director for Marco Polo Institute out of Italy. Mr. Wesley also, was a former University Head Coach.

Michael Mazzone
Mr. Mazzone is an Associate in the Advanced Planning and Family Office Practice Group at Handler Thayer, LLP. His background in tax law, accounting and finance enables him to focus his practice on Federal, State & International Taxation Planning. Mr. Mazzone earned his Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Public Accounting degree from Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, Illinois. He earned a Juris Doctorate degree and Masters of Law in Taxation degree (LL.M.) with high honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. In addition, he is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the Illinois CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the American and Chicago Bar Associations.

Mike lends his expertise in the area of engineering and operations. He has extensive backgrounds in IT services with specialization in call center management and advanced data mining.
