New netting for Seabird Sanctuary: Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary has been helping birds for 44 years – 10 pens that house hundreds of permanently disabled birds need to be repaired or replaced

The Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary is under new management and moving forward to improve our bird’s living situation. Currently, we have ten pens that house hundreds of permanently disabled birds. We have been helping birds for 44 years but the pens they reside in are old and full of holes. The holes allow many wild birds to come in and take the food meant for the injured birds. The money raised here will be used to fix and replace the old torn netting with new, more durable netting. This will save a lot of money with bait and food and will keep the injured bird safe.
