For the better part of two decades, Jed has been dedicated to refining the craft of shaping and building custom surfboards, while taking over the family business and guiding the NOLL brand into the future. During his time as CEO of NOLL, he has opened up the first family-owned retail location in 30 years; created licensing programs and collaborations with Element Skateboards, Scott Hawaii, Billabong and Lucky Jeans; and founded NOLL Worldwide, LLC, which holds the perpetual license for all things NOLL and serves as the guardian of the NOLL heritage.
