Faria is a 29 year old, married woman. Her husband (the man shown with her above, holding their child) operates a construction business, which is the primary source of their income. Faria ‘s husband is responsible for building the roofs of houses during their construction. In this way, he is able to earn a sufficient income to provide for their family. However, in order to meet the everyday household expenditures, more income is required.

For the growth of her husband’s business, Faria has requested a Murabaha loan of 25000 PKR. This will allow him to purchase good quality timber, metal, and slate so he can meet his customers demands without any delays.

This Murabaha loan is meant for borrowers living in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan, located in the north-west of the country and bordering Afghanistan.
