Pic Effects Splash

Pic Effects Splash is an image effects app with a difference that brings something new to the Apple App Store.

What most other image effects apps do is apply effects or filters to the whole image. But what Pic Effects Splash does different that will make it unique is it will allow users to choose what areas of their image they want to apply the effect to. When a user selects an effect to apply the chosen effect is only applied to those areas that were selected. This allows for some very creative combinations of effects on all sorts of images. The user can choose to apply an effect to the subject of the image, to foreground, background or basically Anything else on the image by using this functionality.

With up to 40 different effects hand picked for this app so that it brings the most value to users, the app is intended to follow the freemium model as this has the least barrier of entry for an app, monetizing with banner ads & in-app purchases.

All over social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and others the posting, tagging and sharing of photos is so popular, widespread and second nature to using these sites that apps like Pic Effects Splash will always have an inherent demand for them on the App Store as users look for new and creative ways to add flare to their pictures and selfies and due to the download volume of them in all markets worldwide they will always have a higher level of visibility on the App Store in Categories, Top Charts as well as keyword searches. And Pic Effects Splash offers something new that iPhone users haven’t experienced yet while still having great appeal to the image effects app demographic in general and sticking with an already popular theme.

Specifications documentation,
Wireframes and a detailed feature list have been constructed as well as a list of future updates and I am now looking to move into the actual coding/development of the app itself by hiring a development company. Hence my pitching on this site.
