QuietOn noise cancelling earplugs were chosen to participate in Finnair’s Test Lab in the Sky program, where the airline tests different products and concepts with the aim of improving the travelling experience. In Finnair Test Lab, QuietOn earplugs were given to volunteering customers during preselected long haul Finnair flights during December and January. After testing and using the earplugs during the flight, the customers took a few minutes to fill out a confidential survey about their experiences. The preliminary results from the tests are positive and passengers gave positive feedback for noise cancellation and comfort.
