The Armchair Report is a weekly talkshow that takes place in and around a moving 1976 Cadillac Coupe de Ville. The show features musical acts, people on the street, celebrity interviews, hipsters and odd ball personalities all across Ohio!

My name is Keida Mascaro, and I am the host and producer of the show. I am reaching out to the central Ohio community in particular to help us get the show to a level of production that puts our show on the national stage!

The Armchair Report is a weekly talkshow that broadcasts every Friday night at 9pm Eastern Time. The parent broadcast is our official YouTube channel, and our sub broadcast is in podcast form.

The goal of The Armchair Report is to create a platform showcasing the counterculture and creative art class of Columbus Ohio on the national stage. I started this business because I believe in the rich Ohio history of creativity, oddball culture, music and film tradition, and the original birthplace of hipster culture. As a producer and director, I feel it is my DUTY to make this content, and take advantage of the powers of the internet, which is the great democratizing force that gives us the power of voice in the digital age!

The goal of the show is to create and proliferate a viral nationally broadcast YouTube series based in, and focussed on Ohio.

The loan from Kiva will help me pay for a professional editor at $500/month as well as a sound engineer for 2 musical broadcasts per month at $500/month. The loan will also give me a fund for my marketing strategy, help pay for equipment, as well as other office supplies like business cards, promotional, merchandizing, etc. This loan will make a huge impact on our 2016 launch!
