Steve Rice (COO/Chairman) A seasoned executive with 3 decades+ of senior management experience in the business world. He was the founder/CEO of FlouroTek Co. in Southern California (1970),. In 1979, Steve completed the very first condo conversion in Orange County (CA). In 1998, Steve was nominated to attend the Stratcom Tour. Steve is also the former President/CEO of the largest independent bottling company in Southern California.

Bernard DAndrea (CEO) Founder of UGM Corp, established ongoing working relationships in 15 countries, while directing all business, sales, and banking operations. Under his watch, UGM Corp increased their product lines to include wines, spirits, and imported water from Europe, while developing private brand beverage products, conducting sales and executing contracts internationally.

Luis Cota (President)Starting with the Gallo Winery for the first 8 years, holding various positions throughout the country, Luis has more than 30 years of experience in the industry. Luis spent over 7 years with the Heublein/Inglenook Napa Valley Company (now Diageo). After working for a select number of Napa Valley Wineries Luis would go on to work for EOS Estate as their National Sales Director for 7 years, then opening his own company, The Wilkes Wine Group. Luis is fluent in Spanish, and has high level contacts and experience in Jalisco.

Doug Karpf (CPA) Douglas A. Karpf is a CPA with over 30 years of experience and a member in good standing with the CA. State Board of Accountancy. Experienced in both audit and tax, Doug worked for Arthur Andersen for 4 years. In 1991 Doug started his own accounting practice, has worked closely with financial institutions and is very knowledgeable in the areas of tax and business planning, and has done forensic accounting as well. Doug graduated Magna Cum Laude from the U of Cincinnati
